How to request account deletion
CourtGuide users can request account deletion by emailing us. Send your request to courtguide.support@gmail.com and include the email address associated with your CourtGuide account so we can locate it.
After we verify your identity, your CourtGuide account and profile data — including saved assessments, saved schools, and other saved CourtGuide data — will be deleted. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed once completed.
What we may retain
Transaction and payment records may be retained only as required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or accounting purposes. These records are kept in a secure, access-controlled store and are not used to recreate your CourtGuide account or profile.
What to include in your email
- The email address associated with your CourtGuide account.
- A short note confirming you want the account and saved CourtGuide data deleted.
Send your deletion request
Email courtguide.support@gmail.com from the address associated with your CourtGuide account. Expected response: 1–2 business days.
