Terms of Use

CourtGuide is an educational and informational tool that helps tennis families navigate the college recruiting process. We provide guidance, school matching, and planning resources based on user-provided inputs and publicly available program information. CourtGuide is not a recruiting service, agency, or placement firm, and we do not communicate with college coaches on your behalf.

• You agree to provide accurate information (UTR, GPA, age, goals) so guidance is meaningful.
• You are responsible for your own recruiting decisions and communications with coaches and schools.
• You will independently verify deadlines, roster information, NCAA/NAIA eligibility rules, and university policies.
• You will not misuse the service, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
• If you are under 13, a parent or legal guardian must use CourtGuide on your behalf.

All CourtGuide content, software, branding, school matching logic, recruiting frameworks, Match Point analyses, and audio materials are owned by CourtGuide or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may use CourtGuide for personal, non-commercial recruiting planning. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or build a competing product from CourtGuide content.

Commercial use, including use by recruiting consultants, coaches, academies, organizations, or businesses on behalf of clients, requires a separate written commercial license from CourtGuide.

School names, logos, and program information remain the property of their respective institutions.

You may create a free account to save your assessment and progress. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. You can delete your account at any time by contacting us; deletion removes your saved profile, assessments, and preferences.

Match Point provides CourtGuide’s personalized recruiting playbook through one-time purchases. You may purchase a single Match Point Analysis or Match Point Season, which includes four analyses over a 12-month period. Purchased analyses are permanently saved to your account.

During Early Access, new Match Point features and enhancements will be included at no additional cost for customers who have purchased the applicable Match Point product. CourtGuide does not currently offer recurring subscriptions.

CourtGuide provides recruiting guidance and educational information. Recommendations are based on user inputs and publicly available program information. CourtGuide does not guarantee roster spots, admissions decisions, scholarships, coach responses, or any recruiting outcome. CourtGuide is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CourtGuide and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the service, including missed recruiting opportunities, application outcomes, or reliance on school or program data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid CourtGuide in the prior 12 months.

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use of CourtGuide after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
